Great Strides on the Path to Quality
The BC Patient Safety & Quality Council is leading the way to health quality in BC. Through collaborative partnerships
with health authorities and other health care providers, we are working towards a system-wide, patient-centred
approach to patient safety and quality improvement throughout the province. This inaugural report chronicles the
progress we’ve made on the path so far.
