Working Groups | Patient Safety Event Reporting Working Group

The Patient Safety Event Reporting Working Group is identifying best practices for reporting of patient safety events to both Senior Leaders and Boards, to enable systems to learn from patient safety events. From this, the group will develop common systems and templates for use iin all Health Authorities. As well, the working group is looking to develop formal mechanisms for sharing learning from patient safety events across the province.
