Working Groups | Education & Capacity Building

The goal of the Education & Capacity Building Working Group is to build the capability of the health care system to support and lead quality improvement initiatives and efforts to improve patient safety. The work of this group is broadly focused on two streams: professional development and academic. The professional development stream is looking to identify ways to provide professionals working in the system with the skills needed to lead and champion quality improvement while the academic stream is looking at how to embed these lessons in educational curricula of health care programs.
