This successful (and seriously fun) workshop is being offered a second time as part of the BCPSQC’s implementation support for Clinical Care Management (but not restricted to just CCM). Everyone focused on improving patient care and inter-professional working relationships should attend this event, including clinical staff (all disciplines), quality improvement consultants, managers, directors, policy makers, and other allied health staff.
